    Dr Melkers registration doc is faulty in the last segment which, although when you fill it all in, clears all answers when you are asked to register and defaults to ask the same again

    Thanks for the heads up on that Nigel-I am not sure what the issue is as others have been able to sign up. If you could give it another go and let me know, I would appreciate it.
